Partner with Tyson Jay to hire permanent professionals and leadership talent across Singapore’s key industries and business functions.
OUR APPROACH
Every role presents a different hiring challenge. A finance leadership search requires a different approach from a hospitality operations hire, while a start-up may need someone who can wear multiple hats. Our consultants adapt the search strategy to the role, market, seniority, and business goals.
With Tyson Jay’s fixed-fee recruitment model, you gain specialist recruitment expertise with transparent pricing. Fees are agreed upfront, giving you cost certainty from the outset.

Our Methodology
Our recruitment methodology remains consistent across every search. What changes is the expertise behind it. Each assignment is led by recruiters who understand the function, market, and hiring challenges specific to that role.
