Responsibilities
- Develop new B2B opportunities in your assigned customer market.
- Build customer relationships that create opportunities for project business.
- Progress technical solution opportunities towards a successful sale.
- Close project sales and work towards individual sales targets.
- Oversee a sales team of approximately two to five people.
- Work with designers on customer solution requirements.
- Coordinate with administration and project colleagues on sales opportunities.
- Engage manufacturers to support the proposed customer solution.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant B2B solution-sales experience in AV or an adjacent technical sector such as ELV, conferencing, display or professional audio.
- Established customer contacts in a relevant market and technical sales experience.
- Experience or a clear interest in team leadership, with the drive to develop business and meet targets.
- Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
