Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems including power distribution, motor control, and sensor integration
- Own PCB design, schematic capture, and board bring-up
- Work on cabling architecture, signal routing, and connector selection for electromechanical assemblies
- Collaborate with mechanical and firmware engineers to integrate electrical systems into the full product
- Test, debug, and iterate on electrical designs through prototyping and production cycles
- Support the transition of designs from prototype to production-ready
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Solid foundation in PCB design, power electronics, and signal processing
- Hands-on experience with hardware prototyping and board-level debugging
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional team with mechanical and software engineers
- Open mindset and willingness to work on unfamiliar problems
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with motor drivers, actuator control, or power systems for moving hardware
- Familiarity with sensor integration (IMU, force/torque, encoders)
- Background in consumer electronics, medical devices, drones, or any hardware product that ships
