Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cooking Western cuisine in a professional kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of various Western cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
