Job Salary Range: S$5500 - S$6200 per month
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and conduct of litigation matters across personal injury, property damage, civil, criminal, and family law matters
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, affidavits, submissions, legal opinions, correspondence, and court filings
- Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries, memoranda, and advisory materials
- Attend court hearings, mediations, case conferences, and other legal proceedings
- Assist in trial preparation, including evidence review, bundle preparation, and witness coordination
- Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, insurers, government agencies, experts, and other stakeholders
- Support settlement discussions and dispute resolution processes under appropriate supervision
- Monitor court timelines, filing requirements, and ensure matters progress in accordance with procedural deadlines
Requirements
- Qualified to practise law in Singapore with 0–1 year PQE
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical abilities
- Good communication and advocacy skills with a client-focused mindset
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
