Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage tenders, quotations, cost estimates, and contract documentation for M&E projects
- Analyse tender pricing, review contracts, and support submission processes
- Manage subcontractor sourcing, evaluation, and negotiations including terms and pricing
- Handle progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts in a timely manner
- Monitor project costs, track design changes, and adjust budget projections accordingly
- Review drawings, specifications, and coordinate M&E details with project teams
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to support project administration and execution
- Support project delivery by managing timelines, cost control, and resolving claims or disputes
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in M&E projects
- Familiar with standard forms of contracts (e.g. PSSCOC, SIA) and Singapore building regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office, with ability to work independently
