Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of building and A&A projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate site works across multiple trades including civil, structural, architectural, and M&E
- Review drawings, identify discrepancies, and work with teams to resolve technical issues
- Lead site teams including supervisors and technicians to ensure works are executed accurately and on schedule
- Liaise with clients, consultants, managing agents, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management
- Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and client specifications
- Handle multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and delivery standards
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Project Management, or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in building projects or A&A works, with exposure to facilities or maintenance environments
- Strong understanding of multi-disciplinary building works (civil, architectural, M&E)
- Able to work independently, lead teams, and manage multiple projects effectively
